ROOF DAMAGE – Squirrels frequently nest in the dead space between the Spanish Tile and plywood (roof sheathing). Squirrels will shred up the roofing paper (underlayment) and even gnaw their way through the roof sheathing to gain access to the attic space. Our technicians can extract the squirrel and/or offspring and repair the damages to get the home safe and secure.

ATTIC REMEDIATION – Rodents and other wildlife are notorious for compromising attic insulation with bodily waste and trampling insulation which may reduce the homes heating and cooling efficiency. It may be necessary to remove the soiled insulation, sanitize the attic floor, and install new insulation.

WASTE REMOVAL – Wildlife urine, droppings, and nesting materials can end up in a variety of places. Urine soaked nesting materials can have an offensive odor and may even harbor fleas or mites. We can extract the contaminated materials with a HEPA vacuum and treat the affected area with a sanitizing solution to help mitigate odor. At times it is necessary to open walls or create access to hard to reach areas. Our technicians have the experience necessary to reach those problem areas.
